At the upcoming E-Finance Lab Spring Conference 2014 we would like to discuss the recent changes of the German and European retail banking market. The focus of the debate among speakers and participants will be customers’ benefit and the sustainability of business models. Lectures and panel discussions will be the platform for assessing the effectiveness of regulatory steps and for sharing the experiences of financial service providers with innovative approaches.
